If the oil is on top of the plug, your valve cover gasket is leaking. (easy fix). If the oil is on the bottom of the plug (on the screw threads) you have a problem. It could be a burnt valve, blowed piston ring, or even a head gasket. Please let me know more info on EXACTLY where the oil is coming from. Hope this helps, James Booth.
