I've been playing Guild Wars 2 for many years, and it took me a long time to will a character to level 80. I have a level 80 Scrapper and now I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing. I don't really know where to get better gear, where to find people for dungeons or what dungeons I'm supposed to do. I doubt I'm geared/optimized enough for
If you already have full level 80 exotic gear with the stats you want , you are pretty much max power besides ascended gear which is much harder to attain and has about a 5-10% increase in stats. This gear is not needed unless you want to do fractals or just min max. Getting level 80 is more what you want to do.
This guide is an overview of the best ways to acquire gear for level 80 PvE and WvW content. It's assumed that you already have a fully leveled character and know what PvE or WvW build you're aiming for. If you don't know what build to aim for, here are some useful resources: Open World; Fractal; Raid; WvW
Conocoryphe • 1 yr. ago. You can get lvl 80 exotic gear from the karma merchants in the temples of Orr, when they are uncontested. Each of those temples sells gear with a different stat combination For example, multiple of my characters use lvl 80 exotic gear that I've bought from the merchant in the Temple of Grenth, which has power
Guild Wars 2: Boosted Necro to lvl 80. I just boosted my necromancy to level 80. I’m wondering about what builds people use that are still relevant. Currently I have the full “rabid winged” set I got with the boost. I’m new to the game so any help is appreciated. Check out metabattle for competitive, open world and meta builds.

Yes. The shared inventory slot is part of your account no matter what you do with the boosted character. I got the 80 boost but still leveled a couple characters to max in addition to the boost so I have a couple alts I can park at chests/gathering resources/bank/etc. No reason to not keep the char; or use it on a character that is already
Sounds like a good plan! Karma is definitely easy enough to come by, so I definitely suggest the temple route for armor. The skin is mediocre, but once you are geared and feel comfortable with it you can always farm badges for dungeon skins or buy skins on the TP, or even unlock them by lucky drops, and transmute it.
Look for berserker stats: Power orecision and ferocity, nothing else with power having the highest values over the other 2. This can be searched for in the trade post as a reference for a majority of the sellable items there via the cogwheel icon, input "berserker" and select level 80-80 and make sure not to match your current level as to not
