I've just changed my fork oil seals, fork dust seals and the oil itself. In the Haynes manual, it says the capacity to be about 317 +- 2.5c cc. I suspect it means 317millilitres? Anyway, I've put that amount in and it doesn't seem as though there's much in the inner tube.
